Dear Prospective Buyer,
Living in Lakes of the North offers a wonderful experience—but it’s important to ensure our community is the right fit for your lifestyle. We take great pride in our vibrant neighborhood and the amenities it provides, and we encourage you to review our Restrictive Covenants, explore the information on our website, and contact the Management Office with any questions before purchasing.

With more than 8,000 lots in the community, the Association is unable to provide individual property tours. For your convenience, community maps are available online and may also be purchased at the Clubhouse. Please note that the Association does not hold lots or accept deposits. Lots are priced at $2,500 and are sold by Quit Claim Deed.

Camping on vacant lots and all forms of commercial activity—including short-term rentals—are prohibited. Mobile/manufactured homes are not allowed outside of the Villa subdivision. Any construction, clearing, or improvements require prior ACC approval and a legal survey, as development includes any alteration to the lot’s natural state, such as tree removal or structure placement. Please review the Restrictive Covenants for the complete list of land and building use restrictions.

Buyers are also encouraged to research the costs of installing utilities, including electricity, prior to purchase. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the property owner.
