Amenity Attendant – Clubhouse, Pool & Seasonal Facilities Lakes of the North
As Lakes of the North continues to strengthen and improve our amenities, we are seeking a reliable, team-oriented Amenity Attendant with strong customer service skills to support our Clubhouse, Pool, and seasonal amenity buildings, including beach houses in the summer and Winter Sports facilities in the winter. This position plays an important role in maintaining clean, welcoming, and well-managed spaces for our members and guests.
Duties include:
Greeting and checking in members and guests
Verifying IDs, guest passes, and required documentation
Enforcing Association and amenity rules in a friendly, respectful manner
Professionally de-escalating member concerns
Handling cash transactions accurately
Answering phones and communicating with the AMO office, General Manager, Maintenance, and other amenity buildings
Remaining productive throughout each shift and supporting coworkers as needed
Pool cleaning, vacuuming, and salting
Cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, showers, kitchen, gym, equipment, windows, and common areas
Outdoor cleaning including raking sand, cleaning boat rentals, and general grounds upkeep
Summer beach house operations including concessions sales, parking pass checks, driveway monitoring, and boat or equipment rentals
Winter Sports facility support and equipment rentals
Assisting with Association events, spring clean-up, and opening and closing of amenity buildings
Flexible scheduling is available. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and hours may vary based on season and operational needs.
The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn and follow Association policies, and friendly and respectful with members and coworkers. Golf Shop Attendant - The Golf Shop Attendant plays an important role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience for all members and guests at Lakes of the North Golf Course. This position is responsible for assisting golfers with check-in, managing tee times, processing point-of-sale transactions, answering phones, and providing general information about the course and its amenities. Golf Shop Attendants help maintain a clean and organized golf shop while supporting the golf professional staff with daily operations, merchandise organization, and tournament or league activities as needed. Strong customer service skills, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role. Bag Drop - The Bag Drop Attendant is responsible for creating a positive first impression for members and guests arriving at Lakes of the North Golf Course. This position assists golfers with unloading and staging golf bags, preparing and cleaning golf carts, and ensuring players are ready for their round. Outside Service staff also help maintain the practice areas by collecting range balls, keeping the cart staging area organized, and assisting with general daily operations around the clubhouse and practice facilities. This role requires a friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Starter / Marshal - The Starter / Marshal helps ensure an enjoyable and efficient golf experience for all members and guests at Lakes of the North Golf Course. This position is responsible for managing the first tee, keeping groups on schedule, and communicating important course information to players before their round. Starters and Marshals also monitor the pace of play throughout the course, assist golfers when needed, and help maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, good judgment, and a passion for providing excellent service to golfers.
